Wearing beautiful punjabi outfits, playing ‘Dhol’, performing ‘Bhangra’, enjoying swings were all eye catching during Teej celebrations in the premises of Smiling Kiddies Play way school in Dhakoli area of Zirakpur.
Students wearing traditional attire participated in cultural activities. Pryansh Bhandari enjoyed playing ‘Dhol’ whereas Sovnya performed ‘Bhangra steps’. The importance of the festival was imparted to the students. A ‘Teej Craft Activity’ was also held in which students pasted swings made up of paper in scrap. The participating students were congratulated by the teachers.
