Displaying the projects and models with real innovative ideas, an exhibition was held at Ashmah International School in sector-70 of Mohali on Monday. Students worked together to make it a success. It was an open show for the parents of students to applaud the efforts put up by their children.
The program began with a dance and song performed by the students. Out of box applications in physics were depicted in the display of pressure of water, electric currents generated with the help of sand. Analysis based on structure, order and relation were displayed along with notions of logical reasoning. The Director of the school, J S Kesar inaugurated the exhibition.
While speaking on the occasion, Principal of the school Babita Dogra said that exhibition is a forum for children to pursue their natural curiosity and inventiveness to quench their thirst for creativity and make children feel that science as well as maths are all around us. We apply mathematics and information technology to visualise and solve problems pertaining to everyday life so it creates interest and encourage becoming sensitive and responsible citizens. Later, she encouraged great involvement of parent’s in child's education.
