Prevailing tension at the Indo-China border continues, the Centre government has decided to ban 59 chinese applications in India.

With 50% staff strength, Chandigarh plans to reopen Govt Schools soon

A meeting was held with head of departments of UT Education Department to discuss about opening of govt schools in city.  As per sources, the department may start school functioning with 50% staff from June 29 onwards.
The department is also thinking to conduct online admission of classes pre-nursery to IX.
