Recitation Competition held at Shemrock School Mohali

A recitation competition for primary section was organized by Shemrock School in their school premises in sector 69 of Mohali on Monday. Attired in various fancy dresses, tiny tots performed rhymes, tongue twisters, shared and enacted stories without any assistance. Students of primary wing emphasized words with volume, rate, pause and demonstrated the power of memorization and a heartfelt understanding of poems.

The competition provided an opportunity to the students to practice the behaviours of effective speakers. It was fun as it encouraged pupils to discover new pleasures and fulfilments. Later, tiny tots danced on the beats of various songs .It was very energetic and enthusiastic show wrapped with the freshness of new things and new beginnings with songs, dance. The little wonders made their competition a memorable experience for their parents as well as teachers.

While speaking at the moment, Director Education Shemrock School S.K  Sharma said that it is a unique way of broaden their knowledge, acquire new skills and groom their personality. Such atmosphere should be provided for the tiny tots where playing, friendship and fun make learning can be a joyful experience for each the students.
