UT Administrator inaugurates 46th Edition of Rose Festival

Chandigarh, February 23 2018

The 46th edition of Rose Festival was inaugurated by UT Administrator and Governor of Punjab VP Singh Badnore at Zakir Rose Garden in sector 16 of Chandigarh on Friday. MP Kirron Kher and UT Mayor Davesh Moudgil were also present during the opening of festival. After taking Guard of Honour from school students band, UT Administrator, MP and UT Mayor were welcomed by artists of North Zone Cultural Centre with their dance forms. Councillors and other officials of Municipal Corporation were also present on the occasion.
