Pan India Startup League organized at Aryans Group

Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh in association with Millionminds under the patronage of Startup India (A Govt. of India’s initiative) organized a pan India “The Startup League” for the students to showcase Startup Idea Hunt show at its Campus.
Alokesh Choudhury, Founder, Sporophyte Merchandising Pvt Ltd; Atul Gupta, Co-Founder and Chief Mentor, RedAlkemi, Pugmarks were the speakers and judges on the occasion. Prof. B.S Sidhu, Director, Aryans Group presided over the function.

Students of various departments of Aryans participated in the league and showcased their innovative ideas on various projects.
Nitu Shukla , Nidhi Jaswal, Ayushi, Manisha of  CSE 6th semester who described Clothing Design Software stood first; Sabreena, Riyaz, Yawar, Mariam, Ishtiak of Civil 4th Semester bagged 2nd position for Aryans Safety Helmet; Kajal of ECE 4th semester stood 3rd for Aryans Life Saving Glove. These students would now get chance to take their start up ideas and projects to higher level.

Alokesh Choudhury while addressing the students, said that the league is happening across 40 cities in India, with 400+ colleges Engaging 50,000+ Students with the involvement of industry bodies and speakers from Startup Ecosystem to recognize, highlight and honour the efforts of young and budding tricity Youth and Entrepreneurs who ingeniously developed Applications used by a large number of Societies.

Addressing the gathering, Atul Gupta said that each student passing out of the institutes are well-versed and employable and suggested that institutes should focus on job oriented subjects, entrepreneurship and avenues and resources related professions so the passed out students should be job providers and not just job seekers.
