Students learn the self defence techniques during a Self - Defence Training Program organized for girls at St. Teresa Convent Senior Secondary School in Sector-25 of Panchkula. The program was conducted by Tata Organization.
The main idea behind the event was to train the girls to protect themselves during confrontational circumstances in their lives and fight with confidence and courage, not just be a mere prey to the sadists and become a victim. All the young and enthusiastic girls learnt how to protect themselves in case of an unpleasant situation.
