As an annual event of school, Road Safety Week was at Apna Shabdh School, Zirakpur. This year's theme was "Safety is not just a Slogan,It's a way of life". A variety of programmes related to the road safety was organised in school to enlighten school children on road safety rules, obey traffic light signals, use of zebra crossing.

During the whole week celebration of this essential part of our life, variety of educational slogans, safety posters, safety films, related to the road safety was organised. The School teachers were also explained about the methods and necessities of the road safety and how everyone must understand the use of helmets or seat belts while driving on the road or anywhere.
