“Rising Stars” held at Aksips-45

With an aim to widen the vision, to inculcate spirit of healthy competition and to provide a platform to the budding orators, an inter branch “Rhyme and Rhythm Mass Poetry Recitation” competition was organized at AKSIPS 45 SMART SCHOOL in Chandigarh on Wednesday. Teams from all the branches of AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools participated enthusiastically. Distinguished scholars in the field of literature, Rahul Saini, a published author and corporate professional and Kamini Sharma, President and Chairperson “AWHO” were invited as the judges.

All the teams showcased innovative and entrancing Rhymes with unique themes and messages. Rhythm and Melody, Pronunciation, Actions and Expressions, Props, Voice modulation, over all Presentation, Composition and Choice of rhyme were the basis on which the poems were judged.

AKSIPS 45 won first prize, AKSIPS 65,AKSIPS 125 and AKSIPS 41 secured 2nd, 3rd and consolation prizes respectively. Executive Director AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools, Jasdeep Kalra appreciated all the branches and congratulated the winners. He encouraged all the heads to create more such opportunities.
