To teach about relieving stress and enhance the body potential, a medication workshop was held at New Angel Public School in Zirakpur. During the workshop, various techniques of meditation were taught to the students which can help them to keep themselves more active throughout the day. Moreover these techniques of meditation make them physically, mentally and emotionally fit and healthy.
