Dream Alive Foundation celebrated Lohri with needy children in a public park in Sector 42, Chandigarh! All the people contributed immensely in celebrating the festival successfully In which people of different religions (Harjit Singh, Sana, Muhammad Sameer, Gursahiba, Simran Kaur, Bimlesh Arya) gave the message of living together.
A sports competition was also organised in which children participated joyfully. The winners were rewarded with prizes. Moreover, peanuts, jaggery chikki and popcorn were distributed to the children in order to preserve the folk culture of Punjab, and insisting on celebrating the festival. The whole team of foundation wishes everyone Lohri and Makar Sankranti!
