The British School Panchkula : Blood Donation Camp and Annual painting competition held

The British School, Panchkula, in association with the District Red Cross Society, Panchkula organized a blood donation camp in memory of Late Shri T.R.Sethi, Founder Chairperson of The British Schools, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali  in the school premises at Sector-8, Panchkula. The School Chairperson Urmila Sethi inaugurated the camp and handed over refreshments to the donors. She interacted with the students and congratulated them on their zeal in organizing the camp.

Previously, the Director- Principal, Geetika Sethi addressed the students and educators encouraging them to inspire their friends and relatives to join the drive. The parents and all the staff members displayed true humanitarian spirit, a hallmark of every TBS parent, by participating in the camp enthusiastically. Even the residents of the vicinity joined the camp. Director Sanjay Sethi gave away the certificates of appreciation to donors, saluting their spirit and for being exemplary figures for their children. Ms Shilpika , Ms Rashmi Chugh , Mr. Vikrant Chugh, Mr. Gaurav Bishnoi  were felicitated as outstanding donors in different categories.

The secretary of District Red Cross Society, Panchkula, Savita Aggarwal appreciated the efforts of the school, congratulating them for successfully motivating people and creating awareness about the benefits of donating blood.
