Dussehra"- symbolizing win of good over evil was celebrated at St. Xavier`s Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh with great pomp and show and with a difference i.e. to avoid air and noise pollution no effigies/crackers were burnt.
A message was sent effectively to the audience that to be a good human being they need to burn the evils in them by controlling KAAM , KRODH, LOBH, MOH AND AHANKAAR through clips from "RAMAYANA". Whole ground was filled with joy and fun when Ravna came on his motor-bike and gave sweets to tiny-tots.
Dr. Ivorine, the principal, congratulated staff and students on the occasion.
