A cultural programme especially for mothers was prepared by the students under the supervision of their teachers to celebrate festival of Teej at St. Teresa Convent Sr. Secondary School in sector 25 of Panchkula. It was a day of fun and frolic for all the mothers as well as the students.
The cultural dances made the celebration memorable and more enjoyable. Highlights of the functions were various competitions like tambola, paper dance, ramp walk and henna application was the additional charm. The mothers walk the ramp in their ethnic dresses. The most entertaining and enjoyable of the event was the live performance of gidda by the students. Mothers spontaneous participation made the event memorable one. The event came to an end by giving titles 'Ms Teej', 'Ms Beautiful' and 'Ms Charming'.
