Signifying the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly elected council of students, the Investiture Ceremony of St. Xavier`s Senior Secondary School, Sector 44-C, Chandigarh for the academic session 2018-2019 was held. Donning the mantle of responsibility, accountability, the members of the council pledged to hold the values of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem and perform their duties to the best of their abilities.The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. They were conferred with School-house flags and badges by V.V.De Rozario Deputy Director and Gavin Bond, Additional Principal.
Principal, Mervin West congratulated new council and advised them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also exhorted them to uphold the values of the school motto, “LIVE FOR OTHERS’. He urged them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the students’ council for the smooth running of the school. The function concluded with the National Anthem.
