The campus of CGC Jhanjeri wore a festive look and buzz with activity with smearing flowers and colours on each other. In this celebration there was no wastage of water and no exposure to harmful colors but Learning, sharing new ideas and creating friendships and love. Cultural activities which help the students to assimilate and appreciate the richness and diversity of not just the local culture but also go a long way in enhancing the universal social and cultural heritage were also organised . It was a great experience for everyone as the festival of Holi signifies the coming together of different communities and the celebration of the spirit of universal brotherhood.

Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC said at the moment that Holi which is known as the festivals of colors in India is also referred to as a festival of love and compassion. Holi is typically marked by splashing colors and water on friends and family. It’s a spring and colorful festival and perhaps the most happiest festival for the people of India. According to him it was a great experience for everyone as the festival of Holi signifies the coming together of different communities and the celebration of the spirit of universal brotherhood. The celebration concluded with chocolate distribution among the student and the staff members.
