The Horticulture Division of Panjab University is going to organise 9th Rose Festival at Panjab University. The 3 days event will witness various competitions such as Flower and photography competition, band competition by various schools, fashion competition, singing, Rangoli, Collage making, Slogan writing, Face painting. The main attraction of the event would be a fashion show by Special Children which will be held on 10th of Jaunary. Other would include Rose Prince and Princess Competition, Poetic recitation, Dancing competition, Creative Mehandi, Painting and Fancy dress competition.
