Oakridge International School Mohali organized a
workshop to showcase their teaching and learning process. More than 500
families were seen exploring and enjoying the rich academic buffet laid out for
them. Parents were shown that learning can truly be innovative, fun and
transformational.
The Open House was a unique concept that provided
parents an opportunity to explore the school and become a part of the school's
transformative learning methodology. Parents interacted with the students and
involved themselves in the open learning labs.
Interesting and innovative educational topics like
English Anyone?, Demystifying Mystery, GOT Science, Math Cafe, The Story Town,
parents were taken on a ride that they will remember forever. Global issues
like gender inequality, education for all, no plastic waste, climate change
were showcased through various modes like art, projects, experiences,
experiments, street plays and many more.
Principal of the School Ramanjit Ghuman said at the
moment that such workshops are helpful for students to excel in life.
