Presented an exclusive preview of the astonishing menswear pieces epitomizing the design story of luxury wear brand ‘Mehraab’ by designer duo Arun Ahuja and John Marya. The show was part of Gentlemen’s Club 4.0 event held at Hotel Hyatt in Chandigarh. On the second day of luxury art and fashion event, the visionary artist duo presented 40 garments through a fashion show that saw the label’s endeavour to translate traditional craft into effortless beauty.

The collection showcased the celebratory amalgamation of the classic, with the designer’s signature contemporary touch. It renewed the vintage charm of a bygone era through a design story of velvet, zardosi inspired by ‘Nawabs’, hand embroidery with Victorian influence and woven blend of ikkat and gold along with highlights of fur. Handcrafted in varied hues, the collection was a classic compilation of well-tailored and embroidered kurta-salwars, bandhgalas, kurta-bandis along with drape and long jackets showcasing an enchanting fusion of urban and tradition. The evening also saw the limited edition of the laptop and i-pad bags and shoes soaked in the royalty of French paisley being displayed.
