A team of mental health experts under the aegis of Fortis Hospital, Mohali conducted an Interactive talk on study and exam skills for the students of classes 8th to 10th at St. Xavier's High School, Panchkula. The talk was conducted by Jyoti Sharma, an eminent counselling psychologist working with the department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Mohali. She discussed lot of important topics like goal setting, time management, tips to enhance memory, lifestyle management during studies and exams.
Vice Principal, S. Duggal thanked Jyoti Sharma for the interactive talk which would help the students to develop a healthy attitude towards studies and exams. Principal George S. Shear thanked and congratulated the team from Fortis Hospital for taking up such an important aspect of mental health, which would certainly lessen the stress levels in young students.
